Ingredients
1 sheet store-bought puff pastry dough, thawed
1 c. cubed mozzarella cheese
½ c. cranberry sauce
Directions
Cut the sheet of pastry dough with a sharp knife into 24 squares of about 1.5 inches x 1.5 inches. Press squares into a mini muffin pan.
Then place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each puff pastry square. Top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
If you’re making these ahead, vacuum seal the muffin pan in a FoodSaver Vacuum Seal Roll. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400° F. Remove muffin pan from Foodsaver bag, thaw. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
